What we collect

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and it has no user accounts. The contact form sends what you write to our company inbox by e-mail and stores nothing on the website.

If you contact us, we process the details you give us: your name, your company, your contact details and the content of your message. When we work with a client we also process the contact details of the people involved in the assignment and the information needed for contracts and invoicing.

Why we use it

• To answer enquiries and prepare proposals
• To deliver our services and manage the client relationship
• To invoice and keep the accounting records the law requires

We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for automated decision-making.

Who we share it with

We share personal data only with suppliers that need it to provide a service to us, such as hosting, e-mail and accounting, and with authorities when the law requires it. The website loads its typefaces from Google Fonts and its script libraries from the jsDelivr network, which means your browser sends your IP address to those services when a page is loaded.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an assignment are deleted within twelve months. Contract and invoicing records are kept for as long as accounting and tax rules require.

Your rights

You can ask for access to the personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it or to restrict how we use it. These rights follow from the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and, where it applies to you, the EU General Data Protection Regulation.
